At Bush Home, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, we offer a 30-day return policy on all furniture and home decor items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items back in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, making sure to cover any previous shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned furniture, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
